Alba is a tiny island that used to be part of a dense jungle on the Eastern Continent before it was destroyed. Now, it is one of the small islands in the Refirn Island chain. It is so thick with vegetation and so many parts of it are still unsettled that it has been nicknamed "Plant Land" (called this in Monster Farm Lagoon). Tropical and vegetation-type monsters thrive here, and there is only one major city on the island--the Triumphant Garden City.
In Lagoon, it is the twenty-third gameplay area, which you visit after the main island. The island has 10 levels, each with their own enemy monsters (most of which are Plante breeds and weak against Fire).
