The Amururyata Glacier is a large permanently-frozen area that covers the center of the Southern Continent and serves as Pangaea's south pole. Curiously enough, the outer edges of the continent are tropical, covered in jungles.
This glacier is one of the level locations in Monster Farm Online. It opposes the Aurora Permafrost in the north.
The discovery of the Ice Palace Ruins on the glacier leads to the belief that this may have originally been the lower part of the Pangaean supercontinent before it split up (since no one has lived on the glacier permanently for hundreds of years).
