An armored breed of Hare that has short tan fur and a thick shell on its back. It is exclusive to Monster Rancher 4, but was probably inspired by the armadillo-like Jiro of Monster Rancher 3.
Etymology[]
The anqui- in its name is a transliteration of the prefix anky-, like the dinosaur Ankylosaurus. It was a squat dinosaur with an armor-plated back and a club on its tail.
