A strange type of Monol with a thick, pavement-like texture that can heat up to astronomical temperatures when it is upset. When this happens, they go from a light purple color to a molten red. They often live in groups in the desert.
Etymology[]
Originally named for the Asfar Settlement, an Israeli settlement created in 1981 in the West Bank. It is also known as Template:Ns. This is probably due to the fact that one of its attacks looks like the Star of David, a Jewish symbol.
Later named for its likeness to asphalt, a mixture of dark bituminous pitch with sand or gravel, used for surfacing roads, flooring, roofing, etc.
Its Japanese name is Asufāru.
