The Balca Ruins is a large temple built out of red stone obelisks. It is hidden among the rock formations in the outer rim of the Timpano Desert and holds great historical significance. This is not only the place where the Tochikans defeated the people of Warp, but is also where the high priest Balca hid the Dark Disc of Moo after he discovered it.
Because Balca had such a love for history and the passing of time, the main chamber of the ruins has a sundial/clock design on the floor, which you can see during the fight with the level boss after finding the ruins at the end of the Chapter 4 adventure.
