Big Mama is the elder of the Conga Conga tribe, who have lived for hundreds of years on the Cape of Kurehaza in the Mao Mao Jungle. She is a fair leader, but can be a bit harsh at times, especially on her son Gaufre, who she believes to be weak-willed.
She, like many in her tribe, exhibits giantism, and she is a force to be reckoned with in battle. She often wears a Shishi mask to scare off evil spirits and confuse opponents. She takes her duty to protect and serve Mao Mao very seriously.
