A silent breed of Joker that is considered more humane than most others of its kind, but is still a deadly enemy. They generally live alone in the forests to the north but can cause sudden death when they appear.

Its name references its blue color and the fact that it likes to terrorize its victims.
Its Japanese name is Burūterā.
