A high-powered breed of Centaur whose link with electricity and dark blue color make it appear to be related to Penta. They tend to live high in the mountains where they can be closer to the sky.
Etymology[]
Named for its color and its thunder-and-lightning abilities.
Its Japanese name means Thunder V.
