Bolzoi is the young Shrine Master at the Aspia city Shrine on Age, who does most of your saucer stone regeneration. He seems grumpy, but he just takes his job a bit too seriously at times. He has unkempt shoulder-length hair and dark eyebrows, but is a major source of knowledge on both human history and monster facts.
Bolzoi is also the one to give you the official papers for "Invitation Matches" that AGIMA holds to see if you are strong enough to handle more powerful monsters.
