Borgan is a rich metropolis known for its wealthy denizens, as well as for being the location of the BOMBA. It has a large market and a fountain in the town square. This is where gameplay in the DS games take place, and where Holly and Colt both eventually move to. The whole city has a bit of a steampunk feel to it.
Borgan is known for its amazing wildlife in the nearby Ugalu Woods, including the elusive Borgan White Owl.
