Crow is a creepy guy who runs the Items Shop in Aspia. Because he is always wrapped up in some kind of sheet or robe, you can never see what he looks like. His shop is always messy, and he wears a bucket-like object on his head. This may be an indication that he is one of the Conga Conga.
It is hinted at one point that Crow is attracted to Francesca. She comes by Aroma's ranch looking for a remedy for fatigue and Aroma takes her to Crow's shop. Although Crow is normally gruff and short, Zest remarks at how differently he treats Francesca.
Crow returns years later in My Monster Rancher as your tourney opponent in the F-2 Class official battle. He has a 58% win rate and a Rank of 5.
