A deep-sea breed of Octopee that has a slimy green-blue body and a fish-like face, while its tentacles have webbed hands at the end. Its frog-like appearance may mean that it has a Shignil sub-type, like the other frog monsters (Frog Hopper, Kerorin and Kero).

Named after the Template:Ns from the Cthulhu mythos.
Its Japanese name is Dīpuwan.
