Devil's Forest is a famous forest in the monster world, home to many castle ruins where many of Moo's troops took refuge in ancient times. The whole area is still rumored to be haunted, and when you explore it in Monster Rancher EVO you can see evidence of this. Several famous structures exist in this area, the most notorious being Bloodstra's castle.
Devil's Forest also plays a significant role in the life of Tico, a boy you meet in Monster Rancher EVO. He was raised in the forest by a rogue Maya. The small village of Colno lies on the outskirts of the forest, and the villagers tell tales of a "devil" monster that sometimes attacks them from the mist.
