A humanoid breed of Gitan that wears a stove-pipe hat and carries a cane. It is dressed in a waistcoat that hangs down in the back, creating its "tail." Its entire look makes it appear to be related to Wracky.
Etymology[]
It is designed to look like the grouchy Ebenezar Scrooge from the famous novel A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens (thus the name).
Its Japanese name is Derabī.
