A small trader town that formed where the Parepare Desert meets the plains of Papas. It was meant to be stop on the road between the major cities of Galoe, Colart and Torble, but eventually became a place of business, especially banking. It has great similarities (whether intentional or not) to the town of Tongue Bool on the Western Continent.
In Episode 69 of the anime series, the criminal named Gatlin robs the town bank and is unexpectedly thwarted by Mum Mew and her cronies.
The town gets its name from the Mayor's thank you note, which bears the seal of a golden eagle.
