Errow is a stuffy old man who wears a hairpiece and works in the IMa errantry department. He is in charge of sending out notices for strays and dangerous monsters on expeditions.
At one point he travels to Kawrea to warn the people in the Port that the Gemini Volcano might erupt, and gets into a fight with the kids at the Fire Dragons' headquarters. After you face him in a battle card duel, he admits that he was lying to get the kids to evacuate their clubhouse because monster breeders had been complaining that the kids were playing with and feeding their monsters when they were sent there for errantries, and the monsters were returning home without learning anything. He apologizes for lying, but Alfonse assures him that he will keep his team from doing that in the future.
