Falon is Nayuta's father, a being from the world of Warp. her mother reveals that she met her father when he secretly came through a portal between worlds to help with negotiations between the races. They fell in love but had to keep it a secret because of the hatred between their people.
Unfortunately, Falon died before Nayuta was born, and his spirit was left to wander in the world of Pangaea. At some point, his ghost became trapped within a Gaea Stone, once again imbuing it with power and allowing him to speak. Woo takes advantage of the anima that the stone provides and uses it to power up an old Anima-Eater. After you destroy it, Falon's spirit is able to finally communicate with his daughter for the first and last time.
