Father April is a priest from Mandy who has traveled across Bubalook to meet Mr. Bosh for rare Battle Cards. You meet him at Restaurant Davis one day when he comes in to battle with Bosh. He seems to incorporate battle cards into his religion and treats using them as some sort of ritual or ceremony.
After you beat him, he invites you to stop by his church sometime and play battle cards with the kids there. Later he tells you of a legend that states that the breeder who collects every card in existence will have the aid of the "ultimate monster," a beast no one has ever seen.
