Flow is the main character of Monster Farm Online and Monster Farm Lagoon. Apparently she has some type of connection with the sea. After the terrible tsunami splits the Eastern Continent into pieces, she wakes up on Tower Island. She is able to sense a coming disaster from under the ocean, and calling it The Rise she gets the people of the remaining islands to rally together to prevent this disaster from destroying any other continents.
Flow's design went through several iterations before they decided what she would be like, but her basic look stayed the same (she always has blonde hair in braids, and big blue eyes). She was set to be the main character of a game called Monster Farm Jamboree that eventually became Monster Farm DS.
