You can put monsters into suspended animation/hibernation by freezing them. While asleep, a breeder's monster will not age, nor will its abilities change. If breeders want to combine monsters later, they can use a monster that has been hibernating.
In My Monster Rancher, the BOMBA only has room for a certain number of monsters, so you have to pay 300 Mobacoin to expand the storage space.
