Ruins of the ancient city of Hartville are located in the southern portion of the Kalaragi Rainforest. It is one of the places that you can explore in Monster Rancher 1, and contains lots of items for Plant, Dino, and Ape. The ruins are full of preserved ancient architecture, including an ancient disc-making factory and an old pyramid.
The ancient people who lived there had a special connection with Bragma and were known for their sizeable shrine (called the Sun Shrine), dedicated to Gali. In the jungle not too far away is a waterfall with large faces carved into the stone.
