A ghostly white breed of Tiger that looks a bit like a White Hound with glowing red eyes that are said to hypnotize those who do not avert their gaze. This Tiger is a phantom with the ability to appear and disappear at will, so many believe it has a Ghost sub-type. It starts out as a non-playable boss in the Papas region in Monster Rancher 2, but is later obtainable as a ??? breed in Monster Rancher Advance.
Etymology[]
Its name is likely derived from "Kamui" or "カムィ", the word the Ainu use for gods/spirits, the wolf being of big significance to Ainu culture, revered as the deity Horkew Kamui.
