Dilong is the king of the world of Warp. His wide face and large claws make him look a bit like a lion, and his massive, muscular stature looks odd standing next to his diminutive wife, Queen Jhuchu.
Although he has a commanding presence, Dilong tries to avoid violence if possible, and even saves Izanami after she is attacked and returns her to the Tochikans. He also stops Woo from harming Petty after he steals Moo's Horn from her and Dotty. Petty later remarks what a gentleman he seemed to be.
But because of Woo's influence, Dilong sees no choice but to go to war with the people of Pangaea before they are able to do his people any more harm. He is able to emit some sort of energy blast from his hands, but it is unknown whether all people from Warp can do this, or if it is an ability unique to him.
