A powerful breed of Golem whose history pre-dates most other monster breeds. Its brownstone body is made of cooled molten rock and has letters carved into it from the Monster Alphabet. The overlapping of its rock layers looks quite a bit like the shell of a Worm. Magnas make very powerful fighters and very loyal monster companions, but they are often hard to find.
Etymology[]
Its original name, Template:Ns, is just the word for molten rock that's below the surface.
Its later name, magna, is a Latin word meaning "greater," which is a reference to its size. This name may have simply been a mistranslation of the first.
Its Japanese name, Magunabītoru, comes from the words "magna" (previosuly explained) and "beetle", due to its Worm sub-type.
