The Envoy of Mao Mao is one of the highest titles that any man can receive, according to the Conga people. It is akin to being chosen by a god to be his messenger to the world. In order to qualify for such a task, you must be a male descendent of the Conga tribe, you must have the blessing of the Conga leader (currently Big Mama), and you must complete three tasks for Mao Mao's Raiden sages. For each task completed, you get one of Mao Mao's brightly-colored feathers.
To prove your courage, you must fight his Guy bodyguard for the Red Feather.
To prove your friendship, you must find a statue that Minudali made for Gaufre and receive the Blue Feather.
To prove your perseverance, you must fight the Raiden, an OwlMochi and a Nycta for the Yellow Feather.
