Matora is a senior member of the BCB who watches your match with Fio. When Fio loses, Matora chides her for spending too much time goofing off and not enough time practicing. She then challenges you to a match herself if you will return to the Torble Battle Card Center the next day. She will give you her Plant card if you win.
Matora "The Blaze" gets her nickname from her use of the "Power of the Sun" and "Arid Land" cards, which work together to make her Plant card nearly unbeatable.
