A golden breed of Raiden believed to have been a king at one point. Its yellow and white feathers make it seem very unassuming, but many believe that it can turn things to gold simply by touching them. They also lay golden eggs.

Midas was a king in Greek mythology who was able to turn things into gold through his touch, and this monster was probably named for its golden coloring.
Its Japanese name is Gōrudenarō.
