Miss Jenna is a laid-back young Tochikan lady who takes care of Fleria before she becomes a famous monster breeder. You meet Miss Jenna for the first time while training in Goat, and she tries very hard to keep peace between Fleria and the Goatian natives.
Jenna loves exploring and rarely spends any time at home. She takes a special interest in Goat and seems to have some sway in what goes on there (maybe even helped train Lord Burn at one point?). She also warns you not to talk to Kai if he stops by.
