Mitia is a twenty-something monster breeder whom you meet while she is traveling from another land (because of the way she dresses and the fact that Chuka is the only separate land at that time, it is assumed she is from there), and she asks if you would like to battle to see who's stronger.
Fleria dislikes her greatly. She later fights against you in several battles, including the Yukiran Memorial match.
