Mt. Pinole is the highest peak in all of Pangaea. Though sometimes mistaken for being part of the Papas Alps, it is actually separated by a large basin, spanned only by the Erips Ice Ridge. This makes Pinole a stand-alone land formation.
The lower part of the mountain has quite a few hiking trails and is well mapped out, but farther up the slope the trees thin out and ice caverns abound. From the peak, you can look down on the city of Borgan and out across the Dendron Valley. The few villages who live on the mountain are known for making famous chocolate bars.
In My Monster Rancher, it is one of the Adventures that you can take, unlocked at Rank 20 and recommended for monsters with high Speed and Life stats. The Mountain has 4 parts, each with their own potential treasures and bonuses:
- Climbing Trail (30 min)
- Dead End Road (2 hr)
- Snow Slopes (3 hr)
- The Ice Cave (6 hr) Its boss is a Level 13 Junior named Mountain Hero.
