Mucchi is the timid peddler who wanders through Tochika and offers to sell you items. Fleria scares him a little, so he is a bit standoffish sometimes.
Mucchi wears a large tam and baggy clothes, much like the peddler Norm does years later in Monster Rancher Advance 2. It is possible that this is simply a fad among peddlers started by Mucchi in ancient times, or simply an indication that Norm is a part of Mucchi's family line.
Not to be confused with a breed of Mocchi called Mucchi.
