A type of Durahan that wears a rounded orange helmet that is splayed like tentacles at the bottom, and has a large green starfish on its chest. It carries a whip instead of a sword, and has a barnacle-encrusted shield made of driftwood.

The "Oct-" in its name is short for octopus, the aquatic animal that Octopee is based on.
