An avian breed of Mocchi that has white plumage on its head, a hooked beak and talons like an eagle. It is known for its thick eyebrows and the small wings on its back that do not actually allow it to fly. Its name is briefly changed for Monster Rancher Advance 2, although the design stays the same.
Etymology[]
Its name is originally a combination of the words Mocchi and owl, a family of birds of prey. Later named after birdlime, a sticky substance placed on twigs to capture birds.
Its Japanese name in Monster Rancher Advance 2 is Hiyokocchi (ヒヨコッチ). Hiyoko means chick.
