Petty is a gentle young girl from the city of Campana who works as Dotty's breeder's assistant. Because she is smitten with him, she spoils him terribly.....and her family is incredibly rich. She seems to be fairly skilled as an assistant, but her main role is to fund their adventures. She stands up to King Dilong when he challenges Dotty, and Dilong retaliates by threatening to kill her. His good sense wins out, however, and he lets her go.
After that experience, Petty realizes how dangerous the road can be and decides to return to her family. When the circus returns to Campana, she comes to see them because she misses her friend so much, and brings with her a special monster named Toro. The two of them have designed a machine that they use to challenge you to a battle.
Petty is the only character in the games who appears as a Breeder's Assistant to someone other than your character.
