A floral breed of Ogyo with a green, pea pod-like body and a large stamen growing from its head. The flowers that grow on either side of its head sprout large leaves.

Although it is listed as being related to Plant, the Galberra seems more like to be, leaving this monster to be related to Plante. It was originally designed as the Odyu and was more fern-like (probably because it was intended to be related to Zuum) but because it only appeared this way in Monster Rancher 3, a game that did not allow Combining, its intended lineage is impossible to determine. Odyu live in the forest area known as Morx.

Etymology[]

Its original name

Its later name may either be a reference to the Plana Cays, two small islands in the southern Bahamas (since it is a tropical monster) or a combination of the words plant and fauna (since it is an animal with plant-like characteristics).

Its Japanese name is Purauna.
