A freaky, bestial breed of Naga with six glowing red eyes and tufts of yellowish-brown fur. It is believed that at one point, this monster may have been an Earth-Keeper because of the similarities in the way that they look, but its powers have evolved far beyond that to the ability to control volcanic action and the magma under the earth. After being rejected by humans and raised in the wild by brutal monsters, it has suffered all kinds of torture. With its golden skin and multiple eyes, some believe it to be related to Zecca.
It first appears as the non-playable level boss of the Kawrea Errantry in Monster Rancher 2 and is later available to raise in Monster Rancher Advance. Punisher makes a third appearance as Rafaga's monster in Monster Rancher Explorer, who uses it to attack you on Level 40 of the White Tower, a room filled with candles. You can beat it by lighting the six candles before it can shoot you with its dark fireballs. It shoots them in groups of three and its fire will destroy any crates that you have built.

Named for the fact that it punishes those who it perceives mistreatment from.
Its Japanese name is Punisshā.
