Jhuchu is the queen of the world of Warp, a distant planet from Pangaea. The denizens of Warp have had a long, violent history with the people of Tochika in particular.
She first appears when she sponsors a monster battling contest at the Grabad arms factory. Her plan is to cripple the city, but when she realizes Julio has skillfully won the contest, she steps in with her special Jokers and beats the tar out of his monsters.
