Schmitz is a college-age guy who is the lead guitarist for the BCB Star Band. You accidentally walk in on an argument between he and the band's drummer when you first meet, and it is clear that he feels that his musical talents are unappreciated.
Later, while eating at the Live House Cue accidentally spills her ice cream on him, inciting a Battle Card match. When he loses and has to give you several of his Plant cards, he promises to get even.
Schmitz dresses very nice but always seems rather grumpy.
