A large breed of Mocchi that has pale skin and thick dark hair on its head when it first appears in Monster Rancher 3. It wears a purple Template:Ns, but is later re-designed and renamed for the Online games to have dark brown skin and green scales running down its back. Its mawashi then becomes red with a Japanese character written on it, and it has a flat tail and duck-like feet. It is one of several sumo monsters, including Sumopion and Kokugikan, which make it appear to be related to Magic.
There is a massive, non-playable breed of Mocchi that resembles a version of this monster on steroids. There is also a version of GachiMocchi that can be obtained in Monster Farm Online with blue symbols tattooed on its chest.
Etymology[]
Its name and design are based on the sport of Template:Ns wrestling. The word gachi is the short form of the word gachinko, a sumo term that means a game played earnestly.
