The Susuki Plains are a small, savannah-like region at the base of the Kamalaku Mountains, surrounded by the Korupu Forest. This area, much like the Papas Highlands of Bubalook, lies on a plateau that starts the altitude rise into the mountains. It is famous for its tall grasses that provide cover for many predators. This is the location in the anime series where the The Searchers face off against the Tainted Cat Brothers in Episode 33.
