Swift is young man who has a Laboratory in Galoe. He has long silver hair and dazzling eyes, and is apparently itching to do more with his life.
In Monster Rancher 4 you discover that he's become a bit of a black-market Training Gadgets dealer. After Wit gives you a special medal with a skull on it, you can find and use these medals as payment for Swift's gadgets....that give you massive stat gains during training.
