Togle is a large city located on the coast of the Mormouge Sea, where the Papas Alps meet the ocean. It has a beautiful lighthouse, and a Shrine that looks like a planetarium.
This is where you live in Monster Rancher 4, and after the events of that game, it becomes famous for its caves filled with healing mushrooms. They are also supposedly a great storehouse for geonyte.
