Tongue Bool is a large city on the western edge of the Timpano Desert that started out as a fort along a major travel route. It slowly grew into a large trading outpost over the years, and has large wooden walls surrounding it to keep out the hot winds and blowing sand. Many of the residents dress like traditional Native Americans.
This is one of the locations where the Orcoro Circus stops during the events of Monster Rancher EVO, and you learn that Albert is from there originally.
