The Ubagi Waterall is a famous waterfall located in the Kalaragi Rainforest. There is a pool at the bottom where a giant hippopotamus lives, but the water also contains large crocodiles. Some say the water is magical and makes animals and monsters grow large.
This may be the pool in the anime series where Mocchi catches a massive fish for Holly's birthday.
