The world of Warp is a small, orange planet in the same dimension as Pangaea where a struggle for power always exists. The planet itself is united under a monarchy, though it seems to have multiple races. All are vaguely humanoid, but the ruling class seems to be a cross between humans and foxes. Most have silver hair and fair skin like their queen, Jhuchu.
One of the other races on the planet is a green-skinned, goblin-like race.
In Monster Rancher EVO, you learn that several denizens of Warp have cloned Moo and plan to set him loose on Pangaea, as revenge for defeating them in a past war. The people of Warp once lived in Pangaea where they were created as human monster hybrids but fled to the world of Warp hoping that they would be happier on this new world. Whether this was before or after the war between the people of Tochika is unknown.
