The Wondar Brothers talk about their village in a flashback in Episode 53 of the anime series. It seems to be a well-farmed valley surrounded by wooden cabins on the hillside that encloses it. They grow carrots, turnips, and potatos mostly, and are known for their invention of the rotating watering can.
Their village is no-doubt nestled in Papas at the base of the Torles Mountains.
